Kennedy: a quick update

Today Sian broke the electric fence and stood all day in the rain trying to fix it only to conclude that it is in fact 'broken' and that it doesn't matter how many people she rings to come and look at it, it is broken and if they can't fix it, slapping the box will not work. I did try to pop over and lend a bit of a hand but then I had to pop off to enjoy my new bit of grazing. Positives were that Syd got taken in incase he realised the fence wasn't working (Sian knew I'd probably never notice due to the exciting new grass that had appeared) so I got the run of the new field to myself and I had a roll and a little jog around in celebration.

Then, as they say round these parts, it 'tanked it down' and we both got drenched!

Sian said she was going out for tea with aunty Lynne and the other girls of the family tonight and they surprised me by turning up at 10pm, just as I was drifting off, to check on me. Aunty Lynne was wearing a long dress and heels - not exactly suitable farm attire I must say!  I came and gave them a fuss though and got lots of kisses and cuddles!

Oh and this is my buddy Prince! He's only 2 and a half but he's ok really though Sian says he bent the gate itching his big botty on it! I'd never break anything by itching my bottom on it...honestly!
